Q2 2025: IGNITION & CORE DEVELOPMENT

• Start engines for one of the world’s most important Projects: N.E.R.D.

• Objective: Develop and deploy the core N.E.R.D. AI architecture and initiate internal testing.

• Key Milestones:

  • Finalize and deploy the core N.E.R.D. neural network model.

  • Establish initial data pipelines for corporate and market analysis.

  • Set up the foundational legal structure for the future corporation.

  • Begin closed-alpha testing with simulated basic business scenarios.

Q3 2025: TRAINING & SIMULATION

• Train and Tune N.E.R.D. | Run Corporate Simulations (Multi-Sectors) | TGE.

• Objective: Stress-test the AI across diverse environments and refine its decision-making algorithms.

• Key Milestones:

  • Initiate intensive training cycles on multi-sector data (e.g., logistics, tech, consumer goods, finance, etc).

  • Run large-scale corporate simulations; track key performance indicators (KPIs) against human benchmarks.

  • NERD TGE Announcement: Reveal tokenomics and details for the upcoming Token Generation Event.

  • Launch the official project website and early "builder" community channels.

  • $NERD Token Generation Event (TGE): Public token launch and initial liquidity provision.

Q4 2025: LAUNCH & COMMUNITY GENESIS

• Establish the corporation and let NERD run it. | Fine Tune N.E.R.D. | Build Community.

• Objective: Officially form the corporation, execute the TGE, and onboard the first community members.

• Key Milestones:

  • Legal Formation: Officially establish the N.E.R.D.-run corporation in a compliant jurisdiction.

  • Operational Handover: N.E.R.D. begins making its first real-world operational decisions for the corporation.

  • Genesis DAO Formation: Launch the first decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) for $NERD holders.

  • Initiate the first community-wide governance proposals (e.g., treasury allocation, project values).

Q1 2026: REAL-WORLD ASSETS & PROFIT SHARING

• Start investing in RWA | Q1 2026 profit sharing. first DAO.

• Objective: Distribute the first profits from year 2024, validating the economic model.

  • First RWA Investments: N.E.R.D. executes the corporation's first investments in Real-World Assets (RWA) as per DAO mandate.

  • Maiden Profit Report: The corporation publishes its first quarterly and annual financial statements.

  • Initial Profit-Sharing: First revenue distribution to $NERD stakers and the community treasury via smart contracts.

  • DAO Proposal Vote: Holders vote on the first significant corporate strategy proposed by N.E.R.D.

Q2 2026: SCALING & ECOSYSTEM EXPANSION

• Objective: Scale operations, form key partnerships, and expand the AI's capabilities.
